That was the ever patriotic Bruce Springsteen wirh dancing in the dark, which was released in his album Born In The USA, which sold 15 million copies in the USA alone, and 30 million worldwide. Up next we’re going to play you some Madonna and maybe some simple minds.

That was Footloose, which was very popular in the 80’s. A classic record now, here it is, Time of My Life by Bill Medley and Jenifer Warnes.

That was Mr Sembello with She’s a Maniac and before that was Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance With Somebody, a song which is sung in the musical The Bodyguard, now showing in London’s West End. Up next we’re going to play I’m Every Woman by Chaka Khan.

That was Madness with Baggy Trousers, recently performed on the roof of Buckingham Palace. That’s all we’ve got time for, but tune in next week at 4 O’clock for some more great hits from the 80’s.
